User agreement between the user (customer) and The Travel Gateway Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) carefully before using this Site and making any booking.

You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way or make a booking.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Travel Gateway Ltd reserves the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions relating to use of the Site from time to time without prior notice to Users. Continued use of the Site following any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that The Travel Gateway Ltd; deems to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits The Travel Gateway Ltd obtains from your use of the site.

You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the Web site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

The Travel Gateway Ltd does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time, any interruption in that access or the failure to complete any transaction. The Travel Gateway Ltd does not warrant that the Site is free from computer viruses, bugs or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

Reservations

Once a booking has been made on our site and we have received full payment which is accepted by The Travel Gateway Ltd, we will issue you an email confirmation detailing your relevant booking. The email confirmation contains your booking number which you must present (with any relevant photo I.D prior to boarding, for those who have also booked their transportation with us) so you can receive your tickets/hotel room keys. Bookings can be made by credit or debit card and credit card charges apply to certain cards.

The Travel Gateway Ltd will charge a minimum fee of £25 per booking for all amendments or cancellations prior to departure in addition to any charges by the accommodation supplier or ferry operator.

The Travel Gateway Ltd provides real-time booking functionality for the majority of our available accommodation and you will receive confirmation by email instantly if the booking has been accepted. There may be some accommodation products that require final confirmation with the supplier. You will be advised of this on the initial email you receive from us. If for any reason your required dates/hotel are not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative arrangements.

The Travel Gateway Ltd is not liable if you miss your departure, misuse the terms of booking or overstay the travel period your booking allows. The full cost of the relevant booking will be chargeable.

All departure/arrival times are provided by the accommodation provider/ ferry operator and are given in local time. It is advisable to check departure times with The Travel Gateway Ltd customer services or the operator before departing.

The Travel Gateway Ltd cannot accept liability for any interruptions or changes to your travel due to adverse weather conditions or tidal conditions or other circumstances. Customer services will attempt to notify you of any serious conditions that may affect your travel, but please check the travel conditions before departure.
